These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the AceItPrep mobile application (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.1. The ServiceAceItPrep provides exam preparation tools including practice questions, explanations, flashcards, study planning, and progress tracking.The App is designed to align with common exam-prep standards and user expectations within the exam preparation market. However, the App is a study aid and does not guarantee exam outcomes.2. EligibilityYou must be at least 13 years old to use the App.3. LicenseWe grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial study purposes.4. Subscriptions and In-App PurchasesThe App may offer premium subscriptions (monthly or yearly plans and occasional promotional offers).
• Payments are processed by Apple using your Apple ID.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.If the App offers a free trial:
• You will not be charged until the trial ends.
• If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription may renew at the then-current price.5. RefundsRefunds for Apple In-App Purchases are handled by Apple under their policies. We do not directly process subscription refunds.6. Content and AccuracyWe work to keep questions and explanations accurate and up to date.
You understand that:
• Study content may contain occasional errors.
• Exam formats and official guidelines can change.
• You should verify critical information using official exam resources.Some features require an internet connection to retrieve updated content, while previously downloaded content may remain available offline.7. Acceptable UseYou agree not to:
• Copy, scrape, redistribute, or resell App content.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code.
• Use the App for unlawful activities.
• Interfere with App functionality or security.8. Intellectual PropertyAll App content, branding, designs, question sets, and explanations are owned by AceItPrep or licensed to us.9. Third-Party ServicesThe App may integrate Apple services such as In-App Purchases and Game Center and may use analytics or crash-reporting tools. Your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms and policies.The App uses third-party services to function and improve the learning experience, including:
• Google Firebase for hosting and delivering educational content.
• Firebase Analytics to measure onboarding and feature performance.These services may process limited data to provide and improve functionality.10. Disclaimer of WarrantiesThe App is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties that the App will be error-free or that it will meet your specific exam requirements.11. Limitation of LiabilityTo the extent permitted by law, AceItPrep will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.12.
